Ada banyak masalah minggu-mimggu terakhir ini. Semuanya, kalau menurut saya, disebabkan maslaah komunikasi. kata-kata yang baik saja kalau disampaikan dengan cara yang salah juga akam menimbulkan masalah. Apalagi kalau dengan kata-kata yang salah atau bahkan tanpa kata-kata dan peringatan sebelum dieksekusi. No matter how big or small your organization, it still needs intensive communication. Kita tunggu saja bagaimana penyelesaiannya.
